About Our Company
ExerTech, which has been in business since 1989, specializes in the service, supply, and design of commercial and home exercise facilities. Our technicians have over 20 years of experience. Located in suburban Philadelphia, our service area includes SouthEastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey. However, we will ship parts anywhere. Our turn-around time for diagnosing a problem and repairing it is second to none.

Services
Service Contracts: To keep your equipment in top condition, decrease down time, and prevent major equipment failures, we offer service contracts on a monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly basis. A discounted labor rate is extended to all clients under a service contract for emergency calls. A Technician will visit your facility/home, perform preventative maintenance and give you a detailed report of what work was done and possible parts needed.

Service: For facilities or individuals that do not require a service contract, we offer basic and comprehensive service. Oftentimes a diagnosis will be performed over the phone and the repair will be completed at your site on our first visit. Call us and we will be glad to set up an appointment.

Education: If you or your facility users do not understand how to properly use the exercise equipment, we can help. With Exercise Physiologists on staff, we can conduct individual and group training programs. These are in the form of In-House training seminars to educate your staff on the correct usage of all of your fitness equipment.
Technical training can be provided to your staff on how to perform necessary routine maintenance to troubleshoot and prevent equipment failure.

Relocation: With the proper tools and trucks, we can move any-sized facility in the Tri-State region.

Parts: We stock most parts for major manufacturers and can ship them anywhere. In stock parts will be shipped within two to three days of order date.

Sales: We distribute the highest quality new and reconditioned exercise equipment, including treadmills, steppers, ellipticals, bikes, strength equipment and fitness accessories. Most reconditioned equipment carries a comprehensive 90-day warranty. Reconditioned equipment can be shipped anywhere in the United States.

Design & Staffing: With the assistance of HealthEase, we have the ability to design, and staff any size exercise facility.

Recommendations: If you are planning to purchase exercise equipment, we can assist. We will be able to inform you of our service experience with each piece of equipment. We can also tell you what to look for and what to stay away from. These are our opinions and are only based on repair history.
